Top Ten things I am thankful for

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, from yours truly, Anonymous! My mom decided to give us just one school project for this week. I am suppose to write down my top ten things I am thankful for. For those of you who are interested, I put my top ten things right here, starting with number ten.

Number 10: A house to live in. So many people are without a home. I am extremely thankful for mine.
Number 9: My dad's job. Many dads especially in these times are jobless. I am thankful my dad is able to support us.
Number 8: Food. There are a lot of people on this planet with out anything to eat.
Number 7 : A loving church to grow in and be nourished.
Number 6: A means of transportation. Although our van isn't the prettiest car you've ever seen, it does drive very smoothly and gets us were we want to go.
Number 5: Entertainment. This isn't a necessity, but I sure enjoy watching television and playing my game console, the Wii.
Number 4: My health and my family's health. Except for my little 4 year-old brother, Lil' Stinker, (diabetes, please pray for him) we have all been relatively healthy.
Number 3: Good friends. My buddies have been a continual source of encouragement and comedy.
Number 2: My family. I am, so thankful my mother, my father, and my brothers and sisters for their smiles, hugs, and love. I am also thankful for my grandmothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandfathers.
Number 1: My God, who loved me so much to send his son, Jesus Christ, to die for me so I can live with Him someday.

The Rebelution

Greetings from the sunshine state! However, at this time of year, it is sunny and dry all day long... but very, very, cold! In fact, just this morning, it was 34 degrees outside. But sadly, as I have already stated, during fall and winter days here we have little precipitation and even less snow. To be totally frank with you, we Floridians usually get no snow at all.

The very cold, very dry weather has encouraged most of us to stay indoors during our free time. So I decided to post about some of my most favorite online sites. My all time favorite,http://www.therebelution.com/. Created by 20 year old twins, Alex and Brett Harris, their site has encourages teenagers to live up to their potential while at the same time living up to God's standards. They even wrote a book entitled ' Do Hard Things.' I enjoyed this blog very much and hope that my blog will be half as successful. It is definitely a site I would recommend. (Just don't spend too much time over there.... Save at least a little time at my blog.)

Favorite Video Game Character: Sonic the Hedgehog!

Hello blog world! So all of you out there can get to know some of my hobbies, I am going to show you my favorite video game icon, Sonic the Hedgehog. The speedy hedgehog first appeared in 1991. Other character's included in this series are Knuckles the echidna, Tails the fox, Amy Rose the hedgehog, and more. He was created by Sega to rival with Nintendo's mascot, Mario the plumber. Since then, the series has sold millions of copies, was a comic book series, and even a Saturday morning show. For those of you who are not familiar with, ' Sega's Blue Blur' , here are some videos I found that could help you get acquainted with him.

* You probably should turn off the music on the bottom of the page so you can hear the videos.
